I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! No preparing and showing the house. Set my closing date and even changed it at the last minute with no difficulty.
The process was simple. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and happy to help.
The offer was fair. While the fees may have appeared high, the bottom line was appropriate for the home.
I would certainly recommend Open Door to anyone looking to sell who doesn’t want the hassle of staging, showing and negotiating!
