When it came time to sell my house, I just didn't want to go thru multiple inspections. My house was in good shape but with any house that is as old as mine (65 years old) anyone could nitpick about any item. Opendoor looked at my house, gave me an offer I could accept and worked with me on a time line that allowed me to buy my new home.
Closing on the sale was easy they came to me to sign, money was wire transferred to my checking account.
I am very happy with the transaction.
