This is our second time selling to Opendoor. We had an excellent experience both times, and honestly couldn’t believe how smoothly the process went and how fair the offers were. No low-balling here, and the fee was the same as commissions to realtors. The deduction for repairs, carpet etc. were also fair. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience. If your house is perfect, in a great neighborhood and beautifully staged you can do better with a conventional sale, especially in today’s seller’s market, but otherwise Opendoor is a great option.
