I was offered a fair price for my house in the condition it was in. The opportunity to close when I was ready was appealing, but the feature I appreciated the most was not showing the house since I work at home and could not be interrupted. Open Door and their affiliates handled everything and there were no surprises or worries. Everyone was available by email, text or phone when there were questions.
