Outstanding customer service experience. The process couldn't of been any smoother. Very simplified & streamline. I an relocating due to my job and this reduced any foreseeable stress and anxiety. Closed and received my funding in the same day. Granted I could of used a realtor and made more, but I am EXTREMELY happy with what I received. The ability to close without all the extras such as an inspection, repairs, etc made a BIG difference.
