It all went very smoothly. Their offer was quite good, and closing happened within 30 days of when we started the engagement with Opendoor.
Given that the house was empty and we accepted their offer instantly, they could have closed even sooner. But from our perspective, the process was smooth. If we again sell a home, we will definitely check with Opendoor first.
