I wasn't really sure at first but I decided to give it a try and when I received my offer I couldn't believe it was much more than what different realtors told me I could ask for if I invested like 20 grand in upgrades. With open doors I did not have to invest a dollar, we closed on the day I chose, I received my money in 24 hours later and they even let me stay a week for free at my house. I recommend open-door to anyone who wants to sell quickly and without having to go through all the stress of showing the property.
