Received a current fair market value cash offer and for me it outweighed the traditional realtor routine, sign, showings, repairs, financing stipulations etc. , and I was able to choose a closing date that worked for me. Lets be clear, I did have to do some follow up with Opendoor and the closing agent, but in the end it all worked out as promised. There is no magic wand, I still had to provide some information and get the place empty, meet with a Notary and provide digital checkout pics, but business is business and most importantly, the funds were wired in a timely manner.
