The experience was pretty seamless. The estimate given me was fair, and it was the actual selling price. I needed to give a video tour via zoom, answer disclosure questions about insurance claims and appliance status, take pictures of all the rooms after I moved out, and meet with closing company to sign closing papers the day before the close. Property closed on date I requested without my presence being necessary. Telephone and text support was readily available. Money was wired to my account by the day after close.
