The process behind Opendoor is great. The agent I worked with in the Denver area, Kurtis, was outstanding. The mortgage officer I was assigned to through Opendoor’s financing did not impress me and simply didn't want to put in the work for us. From our exchange on the phone, he was much more concerned with his personal plans than making a deadline. Thus the lower rating. The decision to finance with another company was solely based on our mortgage advisor and her work ethic.
