I encourage anyone selling a house to request an offer from Open Door. In our case we were 100% satisfied with the amount they paid for our home. There was zero stress during the process. They were incredibly flexible with the closing date and even allowed us to do a "late checkout" meaning we were allowed to stay in our home for up to seven days free of charge after closing.
