Our neighbor used open door to sell and I had asked them what they thought about the experience. After a raving review I thought I would check it out for myself. I went online and asked for an offer on our house. They came back with a preliminary offer in 10 min. It was actually very competitive. They asked a few more questions beyond the handful from the original offer about upgrades to the house. I listed the few major upgrades and our offer went up 20 thousand dollars. In the end of that part of the process the offer was more than my traditional realtor was was going to list the house for. The next step was the phone walk through. Our experience team member was really nice and I walked her through the house by her direction and in 2 days I had a contract in hand to sign if I wanted to except. We had no inspection or showings. I picked my closing date out 60 days because our new house was not ready and closing was a breeze. They sent the title company to us and we funded the next day. I cant tell you how nice and easy this experience of selling a home was. I only talked to 2 people through this whole process. Simply AMAZING.
