Hoping to skip open houses and showings, attempting to keep my house clean with a toddler and puppy, I decided to try Opendoor and I’m so glad I did. They gave me a very decent offer. Could I have gotten more money if I listed traditionally? Maybe. But Opendoor’s offer was more than fair and worth skipping all the hideousness that comes with traditional selling. 100% worth it.
