I was very happy with Opendoor because, my husband just passed so I want a quick sale. I didn’t want to deal with people coming in and out of the house, I wanted to sell as is. Everything was done by phone and email I didn’t have to see anyone until closing. I set my own closing date. I Contact Opendoor on June 19th, I got a very good offer and I closed on August 6th. Closing was quick and hassle free and the funds was in my account in hours. I was very pleased with the whole process.
