First offer was fair. After inspection exterior and interior (guy showed up without warning) the house they low balled me on the final offer for no good reason or explanation. Kind of scammy to low ball 10% less than your last offer and ask folks to spend good time while giving you serious consideration.
The first offer was the right price actually so I give kudos to their AI but the second one really left a bad taste - uncalled for and not even close to market value.
Waste of time (for me at least) ...I will not use open door again.
