I was just just trying to get a good estimate when I reached out to OpenDoor. Then I got very quick response to set up and go through a virtual video tour. Two days after I got a very good offer.
I had a tenant in this rental house and the house has some existing problems so I was not sure how to trust OpenDoor. At the end everything is just fine, so smooth, so fast.
