I was so not sure about OpenDoor and was only tried to get a quote. The video tour is very easy with nothing to prepare and to clean up. Then I got a fair to good offer after outside evaluation. Then I was again not sure about OpenDoor if the offer will stay and house condition will cost any issues for closing, especially I have to terminate my contract with tenant.
But everything works out effortlessly and closed on time.
