I couldn't have asked for a better experience selling my home. It was literally stress-free and Opendoor gave me an excellent offer - better than local agents thought I could get for my property. The commissions were totally fair (less than a local agent) and closing costs were low. From start to finish, it was the smoothest process ever and I would recommend anyone selling start with a preliminary offer from Opendoor.
