Our experience was great. My wife started work in a different state so I began shopping for cash offers knowing I wouldn’t have time to make repairs to go to open market with the short window we had to make a sale and move within. Opendoor came in $25k higher than a competing offer and their repair estimate was only $2k off from the estimate I’d gotten when first planning to sell. I was more than happy with the entire seamless process and communication throughout. Would recommend!
