It was so easy to sell our house and the customer service throughout the process was excellent. I loved the fact that we could choose our closing date and it was amazing that it could be in as little as two weeks after signing the contract. Of course the bottom line is one of the most important aspects of this sale. I received a final offer that was $70,000 over what a local real estate agent suggested for a listing price!
