We were not really sure we wanted to sell our home, but we reached out to see. What Open Door would offer us and how the process worked. After a zoom walkthrough and someone walking around outside we received a very competitive offer. The terms were flexible which was perfect for us. We moved our closing date forward after we found a home and rented back for two weeks to have time to move.
