They said what they were going to do, and they did exactly that. We did a video walkthrough they came back with an offer I thought it was fair and we agreed on the closing date. Open Door offered me 5 extra days after closing to get my stuff out of the house (I already had the proceeds in my bank account) which I thought was very fair. I sent in pictures of my empty house, within a few hours I received an email thanking me for my business and my house and I closed it was the easiest real estate transaction ive ever had. I wish buying a house was as easy as selling my home with Open door I recommend them 100%.
