I am very satisfied with the whole selling process with OpenDoor. Although I was bit apprehensive initially about the offer and process, the OpenDoor buying agent put me at ease. I had one person to contact from OpenDoor throughout the process and whole process went smoothly. We closed on time as per the contract. Funding was completed next day. I did have to do some follow ups with Title company to ensure the closing dates but other than that it was hassle free. I strongly recommend OpenDoor. Their pricing and fees are at par with competition. I did not have to wait for traditional buyer and mortgage approval and closing process.
