We cannot say enough about our experience with Opendoor. The process was extremely easy, and we were able to sell our house within a reasonable timeframe, and we didn’t have the added worry of having numerous people walking through our house, not to mention having to deal with contracts and all the other hassles involved in a typical house sale. We had our initial offer right away; and when we closed, we had our monies the very same afternoon wired into our account. We would definitely recommend to all of our family and friends.
