We wanted to sell the rental house, but we didn't want to interrupt our tenants, didn't want a sign in the yard, and we needed the flexibility to give our tenants time to find other places for themselves. Opendoor was the answer for us in each of these ways. They also gave us a very fair price for our house. Very glad that we considered and then followed through with this option. Very happy!
