I was really skeptical, everything was too easy to be real. Right up until the money was deposited in our account. The service was really good, quick to answer questions, do it yourself changes like changing the closing date on the fly, and even move out 7 days later for now cost. They made a good offer right off the bat and there was so little to do that it made us leery. But it is that simple.
