From the initial assessment and offer, through the escrow process and final closing, the whole Opendoor experience was stress-free and transparent. The title company representative and Opendoor point of contact were professional and responsive from start to finish, so there was never any uncertainty about the timeline that we established (i.e., we chose the closing date). The Opendoor model is to home sales what CarMax and Carvana are to auto sales. Opendoor is the future.
