Easy process. We overdid in the clean-up department, made it move-in ready. This is verified by the fact that it was back on the market in a week. During the initial video process we tried to show all the upgrades. They didn’t seem to make a difference in the offer which actually dropped by $100. Also, the repair charge seemed high. The digital checkout was very simple.
