I first knew about Opendoor buying property from an online ad showing a bike rider's story of him sold his house to Opendoor, at price above his expectation, so he can spend more time to enjoy riding. That was some impressive story but hard to believe!
When its my turn to sell my condo, I was willing to give it a try and contacted Opendoor. The whole process, from 1st phone call to closing, took about 5 weeks at price near the higher end of my expectation.
I would recommend Opendoor to my friends for a trouble and worry free transaction.
