I was so nervous. The team was great and help me feel confident and comfortable with the process. I know we could have probably received a little more for the house, but it was a fair offer and we had tons of equity. We were very pleased. Also time is money and it was a fast process. We closed within three weeks. The only hard part was leaving our first house that made so many memories after about 14 years - and the moving of courseš¤£.
