To be honest, this was the 1st time I had ever sold a house. I was leaning more towards a traditional approach, but as a T.O.L.O. and lifelong fan of 105.3 I heard a spot for Opendoor. The freedom to choose your own closing date was great and to be able to adjust was very helpful. The email support constantly between your advisor and the bank who purchased was worry free as well. This very well could be the future of selling!
