As a buyer, I actually have extremely bad buyer experience. The house I'm intending to close, several utilities like HVAC, water heater still NOT working. This was supposed to be fixed 2 weeks ago. I just can't close or move in where the basic utilities are NOT working. I'm trying to contact but not one at opendoor is responsive. My agent is frustrated as well. if these issues are not fixed, I do not think I can close the deal. Very Very unpleasant experience.
