My client purchased a house from OD, we had the inspection done, sellers did issue a credit but the other issues they failed to address after I had brought them to their attention. I have email trails. One of them is a safety issue with a water heater. My client has put out over 2k for repairs. The sellers disclosure failed to mention items needing repaired. Ones OD should have repaired. I will not be recommending OD to my clients.
