It was super easy selling to Opendoor. They made me an offer over market price. I never had to worry about strangers coming in my house to look at it. Every time I had a question, I would email Jessica. if she was off that day, someone always got back to me within the day and answered my questions. I had a problem with the apartment I was moving to out of town and they moved my closing date back a month without any penalties. I even had 7 days after closing to be completely moved out of the home. It was the easiest process I have ever dealt with in selling my home. I would refer them to anyone.
