Overall, the process was simple and straight forward, the ability to lick the day and move out after close was huge when buying another house. They were able to transfer my funds straight to the new title company. Only downside is the date you pick doesn't guarantee anything and you must be your own realtor and project manage the sale to make sure everything is done and in a timely manner.
