Open Door was prompt, professional and accommodating to our unique needs during the sale. We were concerned about the Spruce Title Company handling our escrow; however, once we were assigned a personal escrow officer, our escrow closed on time. Michael Desarno, our agent, was amazing to work with. He was always there with prompt responses/answers to our questions. We wouldn't hesitate using Open Door in the future.
