I am an agent in the Atlanta area. Open Door is a joke. They sent a cancellation notice to my client the day AFTER we closed and completely wasted my time and my clients time. my client lost a ton of money. He had other offers on the table and we selected Opendoor because we thought it would be smooth. What a mistake!!!!!! We could never get anyone on the phone. The entire situation was an absolute nightmare.
