I didn't know what to expect when I began my odyssey of an electronic home sale. I'm happy to say it was an amazingingly simple, straightforward and rewarding experience. My team contac was always there to hold my hand throughout the process, and within a short period of time, I was closing, without ever having people coming and going for weeks or months on.end to view the house. I also avoided going through the offer/counter offer routine, since I knew up front what the buyer was offering. All in all, a great experience!
