Almost unbelievably easy. It was four weeks and a couple of days from my initial contact until my closing and money was wired into my account. The walk-through appraisal process could not have been easier and the offer was very fair. If you’re trying to avoid showings, staging, and simple repairs this is an outstanding way to go.
