The process with the Opendoor web site and personal rep, Rianna, was very easy and impressive. Providing the video walkthrough of my house was quick and painless, not even having to be at home for their outside review was great, and their process for taking and uploading pictures of the empty house just prior to closing was easy to follow. The final offer from Opendoor was only slightly below what I had estimated, and due to the ease of the process, the lower fees (compared to a realtor sale), it was very fair. Other than a few glitches at the end with the title company that was used, which may not have been Opendoor's fault, I was very please with the process and the sale.
