Opendoor took the stress out of selling. The only suggestion I have would be to have a better way to update the lockbox code should the seller lose the paper where the code is written. It was a little frustrating having to wait hours to figure out what to do. There should be a way to reset the code or quickly provide alternative instructions. They still get 5 stars though, because the process was exactly as they said it would be, no surprises. If you don't mind sacrificing money (because you could likely sell your home yourself for 10k+ more than Opendoor offers which means you'd save on their fee as well) but saving time and energy, while still receiving a fair price, go with Opendoor. Great experience!
