Overall our experience was great. The offer was very fair, only slightly less than what a realtor had quoted us that he would sell the property for... AND we didn't have to make any of the required fixes which would have cost us not only money but time. For our family with not much time it was a great fit and the entire process was very streamlined and easy.
We had previously sold a home to Zillow and working with Opendoor was a MUCH better experience. I would totally consider doing this again.
