This was a simple way to sell my home. I was a little skeptical at the start since there is no agent to help if you have questions but eventually I spoke to my representative and that was fine. The worst part was going through decades of accumulated family stuff! Never again will I hang on to all this stuff! I closed on time and it was a good transaction.
