It was a no-hassle sale to Opendoor. Their offer was good and the entire experience was excellent. Everything was done remotely as per their digital close-out procedures once I accepted their offer. I picked the closing date so everything went according to my schedule. I was hesitant in the beginning but I'm glad I went with Opendoor. I would recommend Opendoor to anyone looking to sell their home.
