We began as skeptics and ended up selling to OpenDoor. Their offer was competitive, not insulting. The amount sought for repairs was regrettable but also fair. Obtaining a final offer allowed us to effectively search for a new home while knowing the equity math. The online tools were intuitive. Staff responded promptly through a variety of means (email, text, calls). We do not plan to sell a home anytime in the near future, but would not hesitate to consider Opendoor's services.
