I am truly impressed! We got an initial offer price well above what I was expecting for our area. No pressure, no hassle and as a family with 5 kids and pets, I really was not looking forward to showings, open houses and the stress of keeping a house "show clean". On top that, inspections, repairs, buyer issues...this just seems the best way to go for any busy family or someone who doesn't want the hassle of a traditional sale
