It seems too easy and too good to be true at times because it is so different than traditional home selling. Our home needed some repairs but we just wanted to move on from the home. We expected to get a really low offer but was surprised by Opendoor’s offer. It was exactly what we wanted for the home and they could close fast. Everything went smoothly and it was as simple as they make it out to be.
