I’ve already told everyone I know about opendoor. Admittedly I was skeptical through the entire process, but that was only because of how easy everything was. A quick zoom meeting, pick your close date, move out, take a few pics, and they wired the funds next day. And the offer was very competitive. No staging for showings, no inspections. Can’t say enough good things about my selling experience.
