I sold a rental property to Opendoor. The entire process was accomplished within three weeks. I had professional support throughout and had a dedicated representative from Opendoor and the Title Company at all times. The closing was conducted via a computer with a Notary. The whole process was either done via phone, zoom or computer when it was a convenient time for me. The representatives were professional, courteous and patient. I had a positive experience and was happy with the offer I received.
