We are only speaking from our personal experiences with Opendoor on the sell side and it was phenomenal. We were offered above what we were hoping to get vs. listing with a realtor. Their 5% commission fee is reasonable and the idea of not having to stage our condo, dealing with flaky buyers along with their demands during inspection sold us immediately to go with Opendoor. From the beginning to when we closed, it was such a simple and streamlined process. Truly, the entire process exceeded our expectations. Where do you get to close in 2 weeks (we get to pick our closing date), with the funds available to you the next morning after closing.
